Equipment Procurement

         Piping Design

Preparation of purchase documents covering equipment specifications, data sheets, supplier document requirements for the above equipment listed above.
Proposing suitable vendor list taking account of client  requirements.
Technical Bid Evaluations and providing technical recommendations.
Engineering support post purchase, package management, vendor liaison, document review 

Equipment Review

Review existing equipment for changes to process conditions, new process nozzles, internal modifications, fatigue evaluation. Liaison with NoBo regarding rerating of equipment.
​Vessel analysis using PV Elite software.

Preparation of piping specifications, data sheets, bill of materials, piping special data sheets and Technical bid evaluations.

Piping Design and Stress Analysis

Pipe stress analysis using Caesar II.
​Pipe support design and specification including including constant and variable spring supports,  Trunnion attachments,
​Assessments for revised process conditions, including low temperature assessments.
Development of screening tools to enable efficient assessment of existing trunnion supports and Small Bore Tubing (SBT).
